EmpowerHer Breathes Easy: Zainab (the3rdspacenzs) on managing stress and embracing our emotion.

In May 2024, EmpowerHer welcomed Zainab, the woman behind the3rdspacenzs, to conduct three sessions with the girls at Humaira Riaz.

She delivered workshops for the girls on nervous system regulation and breathwork. They involved work around embracing and dealing with various emotions, recognising how to deal with stress with different breathing techniques, and many more topics relating to the reduction of anxiety!

It’s safe to say that the girls (and teachers!) left the sessions feeling more relaxed than ever, with some incredibly helpful tools that will serve useful on a daily basis!

Thank you so much to Zainab for delivering these workshops. We often tend to neglect our stress-management for time-management, so having these tools up our sleeves is more useful than we might realise.

A bit more about Zainab herself….

Zainab has had a whirlwind career-path before landing on her business, the3rdspacenzs, and becoming a holistic health practitioner.

She started by running Buttercup Bakery, solo, before introducing a team to help her (who have now taken over.) She was one of (if not the) first in Lahore to introduce readily available baked-goods that catered to dietary restrictions! (Something I personally applaud her for as a gluten and dairy intolerant individual. You wouldn’t believe how hard it is to find yummy gluten-free food sometimes!)

Then, while her team was running Buttercup on her behalf, she turned her attention to starting a makeup-studio. What can’t she do? She worked as the makeup artist at her studio, Pop Studio, doing everything from everyday to bridal.

It was after her era as a makeup artist, that she realised the talent she had for energy-healing and holistic breathwork. So, she started studying and training to start the3rdspacenzs, and has now made that into the success that it is today.
